Kara has spent over 16 years working in sales and marketing, most specifically, in the hospitality and events industry. Kara has earned a handful of awards for her dedication to an industry she was so passionate about, most notably (and recently) the 2018-2019 Supplier of the Year awarded by the Meeting Professionals International Oregon Chapter as well as the 2018 Allied Leader Award from the Oregon Society of Association Management.
Unfortunately, the 2020 pandemic put a halt to her career and industry, like many in this industry. She made lemonade out of lemons and that is when KC Creative was formed in August 2020. KC Creative is a social media management and marketing agency. Since rolling that out she decided to add one more service to her menu of offerings, full event planning and management. Kara will be launching Events by KC Creative very soon, so keep a watchful eye out!
